  • Pay later (delay payment for a set period)

Note: If you choose a Klarna pay-later or instalment option, you enter into a separate agreement with Klarna. Klohy is not responsible for Klarna's terms, fees, or decisions regarding your eligibility.

Currency and Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in the currency indicated (GBP, EUR, or SEK as applicable) and include VAT where required by law.

The total amount payable, including any delivery charges, will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order. There are no hidden fees.

When Payment is Taken

Payment is taken at the time you place your order. Your order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order, but a legally binding contract is only formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, payment verification issues), we will notify you and process a full refund to your original payment method.

Payment Issues

Declined Payments

If your payment is declined, please check the following:

  • Your card details were entered correctly
  • Your card has not expired
  • You have sufficient funds or credit available
  • Your card issuer has not blocked the transaction
  • Your billing address matches the address registered with your card

If the problem persists, please contact your bank or card issuer, or try an alternative payment method. You can also contact our customer support team for assistance.

Unauthorised Transactions

If you believe an unauthorised transaction has been made using your payment details on our website, please contact your bank or card issuer immediately and notify us at support@klohy.co.

Refunds

If you are entitled to a refund under our Return & Refund Policy, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items (or evidence that you have sent them back).

Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Klarna Refunds: If you paid using Klarna, refunds will be processed through Klarna. Any outstanding balance or payment plan will be adjusted accordingly. Please refer to Klarna's terms for more information.

Data Protection

Your Rights
