By accessing and using our website (https://klohy.co/) or placing an order with us, you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our Service.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of our Service and form a legally binding agreement between you and Klohy.
Important Notice Regarding Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in these Terms of Service affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If you are a consumer in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have certain legal rights that cannot be excluded or limited by contract. These Terms of Service do not seek to limit or exclude any such rights.

"You" or "Your": Refers to you, the user of our Service, whether as a guest or a registered account holder.
"Service": Refers to the website, application, and all products and services provided by Klohy.
"Products": Refers to the goods available for purchase through our Service.
"Order": Refers to your request to purchase Products from us.
"Consumer": Refers to an individual acting for purposes outside their trade, business, craft, or profession.

Orders and Contract Formation
Placing an Order
When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase the Products. All orders are subject to acceptance by us.
Order Confirmation
We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. A legally binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.
Order Rejection
We reserve the right to reject any order for reasons including but not limited to: product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inability to verify payment. If we reject your order, we will notify you and process a full refund if payment has been taken.
Pricing and Payment
Prices
All prices displayed on our website are in the currency indicated and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges, if any, will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices at any time. However, any price changes will not affect orders for which we have already sent a dispatch confirmation.
Payment
Payment must be made at the time of placing your order. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. All payments are processed securely through our payment service providers.
Delivery
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times (including handling and transit) are 6–9 business days. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days, followed by 5–7 business days in transit. While we make every effort to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delivery times are not guaranteed unless expressly stated.
Delivery Address
Products will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. Please ensure this address is correct and complete. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information.
Risk and Ownership
For consumers: Risk of loss and damage to Products passes to you when you (or someone you nominate) takes physical possession of the Products. If you arrange your own courier (not one we offer), risk passes when we hand the Products to that courier.
Ownership of the Products passes to you when we receive full payment.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery fails due to no one being available to receive the Products, the courier may leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection. If Products are returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you to arrange redelivery (additional charges may apply).
Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the EEA or UK, you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason.
Cancellation Period
The cancellation period expires 30 days from the day on which you (or a third party you nominate, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the Products. For multiple Products delivered separately, the period runs from possession of the last Product.

Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (but not any supplementary costs if you chose a delivery option other than our standard delivery). We will make the reimbursement within 30 days of receiving the returned Products or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever is earlier.
We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction unless you expressly agree otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.
Returning Products
You must send back the Products without undue delay and in any event not later than 30 days from the day you communicate your cancellation. You will bear the direct cost of returning the Products unless we have agreed otherwise.
You are liable for any diminished value of the Products resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the Products.
Exceptions to the Right to Cancel
The right to cancel does not apply to:
- Products made to your specifications or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
Refunds and Returns
Faulty or Defective Products
If you receive Products that are faulty, defective, or not as described, you have statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (UK) or equivalent EEA consumer legislation. These rights include:
- Short-term right to reject: Within 30 days of delivery, you may reject faulty goods and receive a full refund.
- Right to repair or replacement: After 30 days but within 6 months, you may request repair or replacement. If this fails, you may then claim a refund.
- Extended rights: Up to 6 years (5 in Scotland), you may be entitled to some remedy if goods were faulty at the time of delivery.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund for faulty Products:
- Contact us at support@klohy.co with your order number and description of the issue.
- We may request photos or other evidence of the fault.
- We will advise you on whether to return the Products and provide a prepaid return label if applicable.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Our Liability
We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or breach of your statutory rights.
Subject to the above, if we fail to comply with these Terms of Service, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. Loss or damage is foreseeable if it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both parties knew it might happen.
We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable, any loss of income, business, profits, or anticipated savings, or any loss of data or loss of opportunity.
Our total liability to you for all other losses arising under or in connection with any contract between us shall be limited to the total price paid by you for the Products.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Klohy or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any content on our website without our prior written consent.
Acceptable Use
When using our Service, you agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Service without permission
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of our Service
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Service if you breach these Terms of Service, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you advance notice before taking such action.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that have already accrued, including any existing orders.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. For significant changes affecting your rights, we may also notify you by email.
Changes will not apply to orders already placed. Continued use of our Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Complaints and Dispute Resolution
How to Complain
If you have a complaint about our Products or Service, please contact us at support@klohy.co. We aim to respond to complaints within 1-2 business days and resolve them within 14 business days where possible.
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR)
If we are unable to resolve your complaint, you may be entitled to use an Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) provider. We are not currently required to use an ADR provider, but we will inform you if this changes.
Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform, available at: https://ec.europa.eu/odr. This platform allows EU consumers to resolve disputes relating to online purchases.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Sweden and applicable European Union regulations.
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, these Terms also comply with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer protection legislation. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK law.
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sweden. However, if you are a consumer resident in the UK or EEA, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and we may bring proceedings against you in those courts.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Klohy regarding your use of our Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
