We proudly ship to customers in the United Kingdom and throughout Europe using trusted courier partners. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched with full tracking information, ensuring fast, secure, and reliable delivery straight to your doorstep.

Delivery Destinations

We currently deliver to the following regions:

  • United Kingdom: England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland
  • European Union: Most EU member states (see checkout for availability)

Please note: Delivery to certain remote areas, islands, or countries may take longer or incur additional charges. Any additional costs will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Order Processing

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 22:00 (CET/Stockholm time) on business days (Monday to Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email within minutes. This email confirms that we have received your order, but does not mean it has been accepted. A contract is formed when we dispatch your order and send you a dispatch confirmation email.

Order Changes or Cancellations

If you need to make changes to your order or cancel it, please contact us at support@klohy.co as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes if the order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, changes cannot be made, but you may return the order under our Return Policy.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), due to courier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather.

The courier used for your order will be confirmed in your dispatch email.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing:

Delivery Process

Delivery Attempts

Our couriers will attempt to deliver your order to the address you provided. If no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier may:

  • Leave a card with instructions for redelivery or collection
  • Take the parcel to a local collection point

Photographic proof of delivery may be provided by the courier.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery cannot be completed after multiple attempts, the parcel may be returned to us. In this case, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Risk and Ownership

For consumers in the UK and EEA: The risk of loss or damage passes to you when you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the products. This means we are responsible for the products until they are delivered to you.

If you arrange your own courier (not one we offer), risk passes when we hand the products to your courier.

Ownership of the products passes to you when we receive full payment.

Missing, Damaged, or Lost Items

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at support@klohy.co with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the damage
  • Clear photographs showing the damage

While we encourage you to report damage promptly (ideally within 48 hours) to help us investigate with the courier, your statutory rights are not limited by this timeframe. Under consumer law, you have 30 days to reject faulty or damaged goods for a full refund.

Lost or Missing Parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, or tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us. We will investigate with the courier and, if the parcel cannot be located, arrange a replacement or full refund.

Items Missing from Your Order

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number. We will investigate and send any missing items or provide a refund.

Customs and Import Duties

For UK customers: All applicable taxes are included in the price shown at checkout.

For EU customers: Orders shipped from Sweden to other EU countries are generally not subject to additional customs duties. VAT is included in the price where applicable. If any additional charges are required, these will be clearly indicated at checkout.

Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to PO Boxes or military addresses (BFPO). If you require delivery to such an address, please contact us before placing your order to discuss alternatives.

Packaging

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact. We use sustainable and recyclable packaging materials wherever possible, and work to minimise excess packaging while ensuring your order arrives safely.

Shipment Insurance

All shipments are insured against loss or damage during transit. If your parcel is lost or damaged by the courier, please contact us and we will handle the claim on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund.

Your Rights

This Shipping Policy does not affect your statutory rights under consumer protection laws. For consumers in the UK and EEA, you have the right to receive goods that match their description, are of satisfactory quality, and are delivered within a reasonable time.
